Before cut, trying to get caleb to say "cheese" or smile. Its very funny to him when mommy hits her head and says "ow."













On the phone with my aunt for only a few minutes and Caleb couldn't resist.









In part of the video caleb is saying "merries." He refers to the christmas tree and lights as "the merries." He was sad to go take a nap and leave the tree/lights. At the end of the video with Caleb in the red shirt (video taken today, a haircut finally!), he is singing "o holy night."

Few things, first Caleb wasn't hurt in the video. You'll see what I mean in the first minute. Alyssa thought she was trying to pick him up. Second, my voice is SO annoying...ugh. Third, when he's "praying" he's trying to fold his hands together in the first parts of the segment. Hope you like the video! He's so cute.

Caleb stands at the gate and whines, cries or stares at the stairs wishing he could climb up and down them all day.

Caleb and I had a picnic dinner in Steilacoom. He loved crawling around and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery.







We walked to the beach with my friends and had a picnic lunch. (This is the Michael from the video).

Caleb's Vocabulary

Caleb is 15 months old now, I can't believe it! Here's a video of some of Caleb's words. Its long, sorry! He says woof, ball, car (caleb says "caw"), yes (he says "yesh"), no, uh-oh, bubble and pop. He knows sign language for milk, more, please and airplane. He also makes a "motor boat" sound when he sees trucks and cars. He has 9 teeth, one of which is a molar and is teething right now with 2 incisors. The worst ones yet. My friend weighed him the other week and according to her scale he is 27 lbs! Not sure his height. He also discovered his nipples the other day and got very angry when they wouldn't come off his chest. Maybe you had to be there but it was hilarious. Enjoy the video!

Destin, FL

We were able to go to Destin for our 6th anniversary and Mother's day! Nice break from Montgomery! I'm adding two posts, so make sure you scroll down or go to next post to see more videos.

After swimming in the pool I wrapped the towel around Caleb. He grabbed the edges and laid down on the chair all cozy.











Caleb LOVES straws and plastic spoons. He's determined to feed himself and drink out of a cup with a straw, but HE has to put the straw in the cup himself. Here, he's enjoying sticking the straw in my mouth.


This is from last week when we went grocery shopping. Caleb babbles like this constantly, all day, every time we're in a car, etc. B and I can hardly hold conversations in the car because Caleb talks constantly. This video doesn't really do it justice, but kind of shows a glimpse. Its cute.

I've been trying to post a video of Caleb's baby dedication and of Caleb doing "So big" over and over. For some reason the sound isn't matching the video, so we're going to try posting again later. Sorry! In the meantime, here's a video of Caleb playing catch for the first time. He finally figured out how to throw! Not as fun for Mommy, but its cute.

Tummy Time...not too exciting...

Everytime I pull the camera out, Caleb stops talking and just sits there...but at least you can see how much he's grown! He's starting this new spitting thing where he sticks his tongue out,purses his lips together and blows...spraying spit everywhere. You get 2 seconds of it in the video.

Caleb had his 4 month check up yesterday! I can't believe how fast time flies...and how HUGE my kid is. He's 18 lbs 13 oz and 26 inches long. The doc said he's bigger than 9 out of 10 babies his age, but that he's healthy!
